Danica Bahn is a multi-disciplinary artist based in Tāmaki Makaurau, exploring the intersection of traditional and contemporary practices. She learned the fundamentals of raranga (weaving) while studying Māori and Indigenous Art at Te Wānanga o Aotearoa (2020-2021). Her work is a quiet dialogue between past and present — a weaving of ancestral knowledge and contemporary realities in which memory and identity intertwine to create living, resonant stories.
